As a90s2cs says, you shouldn't get 5000 watts from that 35 amp controller. That could be causing the problem.

Indeed very annoying. Mine goes 23.7 km/h on a Garmin Edge with a calibrated speed sensor.

The monochrome LCD from Rad Power Bikes is not really an option for me. To expensive for a basic monochrome display. And to clumsy.

If you live in the UK your best option would be the Eggrider V2 I suppose. Make sure you purchase one especially for the RadMission.
Importing it in the EU (and probably also elsewhere) is costly and will probably take months. It will have to pass customs where packages are piling up because of Brexit.

If anyone knows of a EU shop selling the Eggrider for the RadMisson please share  :)
Big Game Bikes sell the Eggrider.

I also did this .  Rad said it should be 22 to account for tire size on a 20 inch wheel.

I have the 35 amp controller and real 750 motor in my euro model 2020 Radmini 4 but can only get to 23.5 mph. But with plenty of power and acceleration. I would like to get to 29 mph.  I watched your video of the ride with the Phaserunner but it would need to be a bit more plug and play for me. Otherwise I would go for it.  Tony

Can the Kenda Krusade 4 inch tires fit in place of the 3 inch Big boats or are the rims a bit narrow?  The rims  look to be about 70 to 80 mm wide

Are you sure the battery locking pin isn't sticking out ? Dose it is slide most of the way down ?

RadMini / Re: Radmini clacking noise.

RadMichi, I experienced a bit of this when the bike was new. I think it's the pedals taking up the slack in the chain when the gears engage to drive foreword. I don't get it now, maybe my riding has improved.
vudude, I get this small click clack from the lower front on small bumps. Not tracked it down yet.

I don't know about the Eggrider but I did find the 250 EU Mini lacking in power when going up a steep hill with my grandson on the back and extra shopping loaded. So I fitted the upgrade 35 amp controller from Big Game Bikes , problem solved .

That's impressive.

That interesting. Sounds powerfull.

Thanks for the reply vudude. It's the two chrome hex bolts that stop it pivoting (one each side ) I have tried the the blue lock tight.  Maybe I should get me some red.

Keeps coming loose while riding . I am constantly re tightening the two bolts despite using Loctite. Anyone else had this problem and have a solution ?
