Just wondered if it was me, but I've been trying for 3 weeks to get anywhere with the EU support. I've emailed repeatedly (and just get a 'we're very busy' autoresponse), messaged on FB/Twitter (replied once with 'let us know how we can help' then ignored my messages) and tried calling their support number - which has been disconnected.
I'm just wondering if they are even still operating in the EU anymore?
For anyone interested, I need to replace the cassette on my Rad Rover, but there's a special tool they supply which fits over the cable plug. I can't seem to find an alternative way to remove it.
Maybe I've been lucky, they seemed to be pretty quick to reply any time I needed something. Last time was this month - I needed brakes replaced but they weren't in stock according to their site, so I used their Supporrt page European Help Centre and submitted a request using the form on the page, I sent it 31 Oct 2022, 10:34 pm CET
and received a reply;
