Is it a brand new or used battery pack?

I had something similar with my 2016 Radrover 11.4Ah battery.  I accidentally plugged in the wrong charger and burnt the internal fuse.  The battery pack worked as normal powering the rover; but, I couldn't charge the pack (same green light).  I had to take the battery pack apart and replace the internal fuse to get it work as normal (I think it was a mini 5amp).

I don't know if the newer battery pack have an internal fuse like the old ones?

I have two his/her 2016 Radrovers and the handlebars were too low for me (6'3"). A stem riser or taller handlebars wouldn't work for all family members.  The handlebars would be too high for my spouse that stands at 5" if we needed to switch ebikes or if my son needed to ride my ebike. 

I added the Sunlite 0-60 degree adjustable handlebar stem for the 100% solution.  I added the adjustable stem to both Radrovers and can then adjust in seconds depending on the rider.

I have a 2016 Radrover and I kept my original tires in the 17-22 PSI range (always put 1-2 extra psi in rear tires).  Lower PSI provide better traction for dirt/sandy/rocky trail riding at lower speeds.  The higher PSI was more efficient, less power to maintain 17-20 mph speeds, and used less battery power when I did mostly paved road riding.

I just added the Fanttik X8 Ace Bike Pump 150PSI Fast Portable Tire Inflator, $50, Amazon, to toss in my topeak rack bag for easy psi adjustment on the road or trail.

I started with the Topeak Mountain Morph Bike Pump for my fat tire ebike with a tube.  It was a little bulky to store on ebike, took around 20 pumps for one PSI increase, and can be difficult to pump and seat the tire at the same time.

I later upgraded to Ryobi P737 and then later to the P747 to use at home for my ebikes and vehicles.  The battery powered pumps are faster and easier to use.  I like the option of using battery pumps with (e)bikes and vehicles at home or away.  I usually toss the P747 in the SUV hatch for any out of town road tire w/ or w/o ebikes.

I just purchased the USB rechargeable Fanttik X8 Ace Bike Pump 150PSI Fast Portable Tire Inflator, $50, Amazon.  It has enough power to do vehicles and ebike tires.  The small compact size works way better in my Topeak MTX rack bag compared to the Topeak hand pump.  I now toss this portable air pump in the hatch for road trips.

I like the Cloud-9 because I can sit and spread my weight across my butt cheeks.  A 20-30 minute ride would leave my crotch sore for days with smaller 'tour de France" thinner bike seats.  I think the Cloud-9 would work just as well if it didn't have such a long-ish nose because that part isn't in contact with the rider most of the time.

The Sunlite Cloud-9 cruiser seat 11"L x 10"W x 8"H size has been my go to seat replacement since my first Radrover in 2016.  I later added the SR Suntour SP12 NCX bike Suspension seatpost and eventually upgraded to KINEKT Bike Suspension Seatpost.

I switched out the standard handgrips on the wife's Radcity step thru and my Radrover to SQLabs 710 ebike ergo handgrips.  The standard Rad grips are too hard and they seem slip down and out of position during a ride.  The SQLabs come in S/M/L sizes and have a locking screw to stay in place.  The SQLab 710 are regular size left and shorter size for the right to make room for the throttle.  Downside is these grips are not open on the end if you have a mirror mounted in the handlebar hole (we use helmet mirrors).

Bike riding seems to be on the rise since the start of the pandemic in 2020?  My local bike paths are more crowded now compared to 2014-2019 when I got back into biking (pedal bike first, ebike after 2016).  We always wore helmets for safety. It doesn't matter if it is mine or someone else's fault, the bike rider is the one that is going to get injured.

I don't think new riders take that into consideration until it happens?

I wouldn't give up my vehicles.  I did ebike commute for over 2 years all years at around +70 miles per week.  I would take occasional detours to ride the dirt trails near the Rio Grande river before going home.  I only drove to work if I had Dr./Dentist appointments, bad weather (snow, ice, rain, lightning), or feeling under the weather a bit.  I stopped ebike commuting because of the lockdown and working from home.  Back to work now, but, haven't ebiked commute since.

I have two 2016 Radrovers with around 8000 miles between them.  I have three batteries I rotate between the two rovers.  Looks like my max range of 30-32 miles at PAS 2/3 is down to around 25-27 miles at PAS 2/3.  Still works out because my max mileage on a ride is always under 20-22 miles.  Only when I can't complete a norm ride is when I will consider replacement of the battery pack or the entire ebike.

The wife has an 2018 Radcity with only 1000 miles.  I don't know if her battery pack has issues because she doesn't ride as far or as much.

I live in the high desert and ride 5000 feet near the Rio Grande or +7200ft in the Sandia foothills.  I try to keep my pedaling +/- 60 rpms on level ground or up hills.  I usually downshift gears in PAS 3 and try and keep my rpms around 60 at a slower mph.  Maintaining a certain rpm with any gear works better for me than maintaining a certain mph on level ground or up hills.

The QuikRstuff Mach2 rack uses a smooth aluminum bar that uses friction to lock in place instead of the grooves you find on the 1UP arm.  Makes it easy to adjust one or more (e)bikes back/forth and get a tight tire lock on (e)bikes of various wheelbases, tire heights, tire width, and w/ or w/o fenders. I drove +6 hours from Denver to Albuquerque with a 88lbs 4.8" fat tire Himiway Cobra Pro full suspension mid drive at hwy speeds of 75-85 mph with zero issues with the QuikRstuff Mach2 Rack.

The inventor of the 1UP bike rack started his own company called QuikRstuff.  I have the option with the Quik Rack to adjust the arm with no tools under the fender OR secure on top of the fender.  I like to secure the arm just under the flimsy plastic rear fender on my wife's Radcity step thru.

The Quik Rack Mach2 looks very similar to the 1UP bike rack with improvements for ease of use:
- no tools needed to install
- all adjustments for different (e)bikes sizes w/ or w/o fenders can be made without tools
- the tray are made for 5" fat tires and 56" wheelbase or less (min wheelbase 11 inches)

The option I went with when I had my iPhone 4S and 6S Plus was an external Mophie juice pack air case that also had a battery back-up+re-charge option to 2X phone life.  The external battery case used micro USB and didn't draw a lot of power to charge.  The juice pack wasn't that much larger than a regular case (you have the extra weight of the 5000-10000 mah battery).  The Mophie Juice pack was easy on/off in +/- 10 seconds by removing the top and slide iphone in/out of the case.

Might be an option to check into battery cases if the LCD screen USB connection does not have enough power for the Pixel 8 Pro.  You might have to research to find a battery cases that can recharge on the Rad LCD USB port.  There could be and option to find a phone battery case can power the Pixel 100% full amps to 2X life and the Rad USB port can trickle charge the external phone case at 1 amp.  Another bonus I've noticed with an external case with a battery was there was less of an issue wearing out the phone plug with constant plugging in/out if you don't have/use wireless charge option (I wire charge at home and wireless in vehicles).

I didn't go with any Juice pack with my iphone 13 pro max because battery life is over 2X compared to my previous iphones.

I have two 2016 Radrovers and 2018 Radcity step thru.  I've used iPhone 4S, 6S Plus, and now iphone 13 Pro Max with the USB/LCD port.  I can only get the USB port to work by connecting everything first without powering up the ebike.  I've never been able to get the LCD USB charge port to work after I powered up the ebike.  I just added a Himiway fat tire ebike and that LCD USB port is always hot when the ebike on powered so I can plug in at anytime.
