Those were remarkably difficult to find, even on the manufacturer's website and Amazon, so I just measured mine.  With the lock closed, these are internal dimensions:

- Across at the base of the shackle:  11 cm
- Length of straight section of the shackle:  24 cm
- Overall internal shackle length from locking body to inside curved end:  30 cm

The shackle itself is about 1/2" thick and total weight is about 4 lbs.  Everything except the locking tips of the shackle is wrapped in thick rubber to prevent scratching.

FYI, a few months ago, I also added an ABUS heavy-duty folding lock, carried on the water-bottle mounting screws - it's MUCH faster to grab, unfold and lock into place for a quick trip into a shop or whatever, compared to unlocking, removing, jiggering the bike etc. to use the U-lock and/or cable.  Between the U-lock, folding lock, cable and mounts, I'm probably hauling 10 lbs of security crap around, and I live in a VERY safe non-thiefy little town, but this makes my OCD worry less.   

Oh, I also have a hidden motion-sensitive alarm that's really annoying if it gets woken up.  All in all, I'm probably overdoing it a bit.  Nobody gets my damn bike.

Don't forget the ABUS Granit U-locks - the premium versions > $100 which happens to be on sale right now for $90.  Strong, heavy, bulletproof.  Get the longest one for e-bikes to reach bike stands for attachment.

I own a Rad Expand5 and wanted to know if anyone has tried to use the "Kryptonite New York LS Heavy Duty Bicycle U Lock Bike Lock" to lock the rear wheel to the frame and also to a on location (not sure what else to call it) bike rack?  Not sure if this U-Lock would be long enough to do so.  Anyone?

The Handlebar Extender was the right diameter for the cross bar on the RAD Expand 5.  See photos below.

I don't feel like I'm losing anything like pogoing (<--- if that is the right word).  So I don't feel like I'm losing any power but then again, it is an e-bike and not a road or mountain bike.  To be honest with you I put this on my bike at the start so I don't have anything to compare it to.  For me it seems to just work and I'm pretty content with it.

I went with the KINEKT Bike Suspension Seatpost and the Bikeroo Oversized Bike Seat and on my RAD Expand 5 and been pretty happy with them.  Not having a front shock the seat post really helped.

@Muskie1 - Wow thank you!  This is awesome.  I didn't know you could purchase gaskets separately.  I will share my result with the bar I have on order.  Hopefully that will work otherwise I will consider these gaskets.  Thank you so much for sharing!

Local bike shop measured the bar and it is a mere 22mm.  Is anyone aware of a Handlebar Extender that would accommodate that diameter?  Any help would be appreciated.  I tried using electrical tape but the sun just melts the glue so that is not a good option.  I'm hoping that someone makes a Handlebar Extender that would accommodate 22mm diameter. 

I've been having difficulties finding a Handlebar Extender that will grab onto the RAD Expand 5 handlebar crossbar.  The Handlebar Extender I have I can't get tight enough around the this crossbar.  Has any had any luck with this or does anyone know the actual diameter of this crossbar (see image below).  Any help would be most appreciated.  Thanks!

I purchased a CYCPLUS A2 Air Inflator (https://amzn.to/3BFp1da) and my only complaint is the slot that holds the hose doesn't really hold the hose.  So I find myself storing the hose elsewhere while the pump is mounted in the included bike pump mount.  I was wondering if anyone has successfully found a way to keep this inflator hose stored in the slot without it just falling out while riding.

I have the same on my RadExpand 5.  I believe it is for ABUS Wheel Lock but after chatting with ABUS, they don't make an ABUS Wheel Lock compatible with the RadExpand 5.  Looking at RAD Power Bikes the ABUS Wheel Lock that they sell is not compatible with the RADRover either. https://bit.ly/3Sj59mm

I'm extremely happy with my new RADExpand 5.  I did upgrade the mechanical disk caliper to hydraulic calipers.  Like so many of you, I have upgraded the seat and seat post which has softened the ride.  I don't do allot of off road and the 4" tires seem to help allot with the absence of a front shock.
