Hi I'm in Europe just got my rad mini 4 love the bike but they have restricted the throttle to walking pace well slower also to about 12 mph total I don't want the Bolton upgrade just would love it to work like a real American rad should anyone upgraded and have the controller and screen from a standered bike they could help me with off course IL pay postage and something for it thanks Sheldon
