Hi John - I have been asked previously, I understand that it carries water from the adjacent culvert, although I have also been informed it is a service pipe for electricity. I'll try to get this clarified. Appreciate the input. Ride Rad

Please be careful with that canal. You don't want to electrocute the fish in it and trash your Radrunner along. ;)
