Motor Cut Off?

I have a new Radrover 5 (8 miles total), and noticed when traveling with 75-100% throttle, the power cuts out for a few seconds then picks back up. Is this normal?

 ...after looking at Rad's Motor FAQs, maybe this is the 20MPH rule. I'll have to check speed when it happens again. It is pretty hilly here and I know it's approached 30MPH going down hills.

Mine does the same thing going down hill. When I hit 24MPH I feel the motor kick off. When I slow down to below 24 the motor kicks back on.
