Hello,
New owner here. Does the front wheel need to come off to remove the front fender? I already have an older Thule T2, and it clamps the front tire. The fender is in the way.

Probably easiest to remove the fender with the front wheel off, but not impossible. The front wheel does have a quick release.
The setup instructions for my RadCity ST 3 have you install the front wheel before installing the fender.

The additional time and trouble of removing the wheel is what I'm trying to avoid.

That's cool. I bought the bike used, so I didn't get the experience of putting it together. I'll go lookup these instructions, as the fender removal should be the reverse of the install.
The setup video was great and answered my question.
