Question for anyone using the Topeak bags. Can I buy the MRI Universal Rear Deck plate to use on my existing Rad rear racks for a 2016 Mini and 2018 City Step Thru?

I have some pictures of my install on a RadCity step thru.
I installed one on the front rack and one on the rear rack.
