Poor choice of words on my part. I just meant that when I did a quick Google. It implied that the problem was with the Tapatalk app and not in the forum part. My bad if I sounded rude, it wasn't my intention.

I appreciate your response. TT is a great app but the support behind it is questionable and often fails, but in this case this might not be on them.

Tapatalk cannot find the forum anymore. Can you please make this work as usual again? That's my and many others' preferred way to read forums, not in a web browser.

Got my replacement shipped a few weeks ago and the velofix team took care of the install. Bike rides great again and I didn?t have much downtime during the winter.

Following up on this, while the initial issue was very frustrating, I am more than satisfied with the solution for the moment. Rad shipped the new components to me and the velofix technician came onsite to install them. Great service overall. I had a few warmer days here in Ontario already that allowed me to ride and test and the wagon rides very well now.

Get an egg rider display and a thumb throttle for comfort and then an extra battery from Rad. I also got nicer handlebar grips, a suspension seatpost and a more comfy seat for my ride.

I purchased a set for my wagon from big game bikes and they?re awesome.

No acknowledgement email here and support hasn?t answered in days. Frustrating and unprofessional to say the least.

When submitting the form, did you get any kind of acknowledgment email? I didn?t and contacting Rad on this also led to no response after more than two business days.

Personally I?d pick the city for a commuter bike, it looks like a comfortable cruiser.

Had a flat in the middle of the new tire after just two days riding with Tannus. I couldn?t locate a puncture hole in the tire or the Tannus so I suspect the tube was just low quality to begin with.

Any recommendation for a good 22 x 1.75 tube? Luckily my flat was in the front tire as changing the rear with a mounted Conestoga is a bit tricky.
