Can I ask you for your input?

I recently took my Rad Power Bike from Colorado to Nevada. I had to drive through a rain storm and I was concerned about damage to my battery connectors. I would appreciate any input you might have about any damage that may occur during transportation on a bike rack during inclement weather. I have a few ideas about protecting the delicate connection pins and I would appreciate your input and design ideas. Thanks, Mark.
