And if you do have a problem expect a week for them to get back to you after email
Then expect another 3 days for the part to ship, and another 3 to 5 to get it!!
Their Mission is a good bike there response time is bad.
People say they got big too fast, maybe so but you still need to take care of your old customers too.

The lcd upgrade I bought for my Rad mission 2 months ago increased my top end to 25
They may have changed things on newer LCD upgrades, but mine increased!!
By doing it the battery didn't last as long, so I upgrade to a 25 amp controller and a 52 volt battery
Now I can go 60 miles averaging 17mph.

16 days later I received my replacement , sad thing is its the same part as the original
So i don't have much faith that it will last !!
I will do my screw mod to it, so if the pin brakes it still will get me home.

What broke on it? The pin

I sure will when I get it.
They showed the part was $15 dollars on shipping page
The part is still 2 states away, they use DHL to ship it then transfer it to usps
Probably wastes 2 to 3 days
The pin I epoxied in is still holding up after 200 miles
I will still add the screw on the back side of the new tensioner like I did in my mod, so if pin fails I am not stranded.
I think with how cheap there tensioner is you need a spare on hand, or expect your bike to be down for three weeks while you wait for the part!!

I have Rad Mission with 52v 20ah battery
I can go 40 miles using assist 2 and 3 and 5 on hills and still have 51 volts left.
The only thing that isn't accurate is the battery level on lcd screen, I have tried different settings and it doesn't seem to change
I have been riding based on voltage.
With stock Rad battery I would get 25 miles
Average speed on my rides is 17mph.

I blame Rad!!!
I had a chain tensioner fail under warranty, one week to respond to my email and 5 days waiting to ship!!!
There customer service is terrible, they blame it on how busy they are!!
No excuse I would think twice before buying a Rad online.

Finally after a week they confirm they are sending me a replacement tensioner .
They apologized that they are busy, maybe hire some more people?
And still waiting after 2 days for them to ship it!!!!
So because i could jury rig the tensioner to get it to work, I am fine.
But what about the people that cant jury rig it?
They are without there bikes for 2 1/2 weeks or so.
This will make me think twice about buying a bike online again.

I installed a RockShox Recon Silver RL on my Rad Mission
It works good!!!
Installed the 27.5 100mm 9x100mm 42mm offset 160 disc brake
I had to install spacers on caliper otherwise easy upgrade.

I put a roll pin in and took a ride last night, 5 miles from home the pin came out.
Tensioner was hitting spokes, long walk home!!
So today I used epoxy to hold the pin in, and put a 10/24 screw with big head and a brass washer to keep the tensioner from hitting the spokes if the pin comes out.
Waiting to hear back from rad with replacement part.
