General Chat / Re: Battery lock
December 14, 2020, 08:39:06 AM
In my local area the cops are warning people that the thieves have sets of keys for them, and will either take your battery, or snap your lock and drive away, at speed on your bike if you leave the battery with it

RadWagon / Re: Deflopilator?

Hey, thanks Ryan. Interestingly my attachment on the forks looks like the one you have on your frame. I think maybe I'll try making a little bracket like you have on your forks, to mount on my frame

Its not really a steering stabilizer. Just keeps the handlebars straight while up on the kickstand

RadWagon / Deflopilator?
November 10, 2020, 02:52:07 PM
can someone post a pic of how their deflopilator is mounted? i only have the bolt with the loop on the fork, not the one to the down tube. is it the same? is it an eyelet on a bolt? a bolt with a hole drilled? i'm rebuilding my bike and an trying to figure out all the things without re-engineering EVERYTHING

i really wish some motorcycle tail lights had built in inverters, i'm not a fan of the looks on most of the ebike style ones

48v is the voltage of my bike, I'm sure I could use one with an inverter or something. But I'd be concerned that the signal for the brake light might not match up

Rad Modifications / Wired tail lights?

has anyone upgraded the taillight in their bike? I'm having trouble finding something that can be wired in to the bike and brakes, isn't tiny, and (preferably) has laser lines

Service & Repair / do radwagons use a standard BB?
October 27, 2020, 01:52:50 PM
i'm rebuilding mine, and am going to be replacing the BB/crankset/chain ring so as to run a 1x11 on a narrow-wide chain ring. ive seen a few things suggesting that a radwagon uses a 68mm square taper BB - but is there any reason i cant put in a sealed bracket and cranks?
