Aftermarket rear basket for RAD rear rack?

Hello - still awaiting a rear rack that appeared to be in stock when ordered but low and behold has not shipped and unlikely to be shipped this month. I might wait for that rack but the small rear basket is also out of Stock and wondering if anyone has experience with an aftermarket basket mounted on a RAD rear rack. In the end might just cancel my rear rack order and do both rack and basket aftermarket but any advice or experience welcome.

I'd suggest an 18x12" black milk crate, secured with heavy duty zip ties. Cheap, light and durable.
