I wonder if they are just trying to sell all the inventory as fast as they can before they shut it down?

Well I drove 80 miles and took it into a auth. service bike shop. Nearest one
Now lets see what happens?

When I called Rad support to help with my new City 5 + I get a recording 'This support line is no longer taking calls" !!!
E-Mail no response at all.
It should be illegal to sell expensive  equipment like this with no support!

My Bike was DOA after 10 min. Been trying for a week to call or e-mail customer support. Keep getting the message that customer support is closed right now. Sounds bad to me!

I disconnected both one ay a time with the battery in. No difference still 21.

Where is the disconnect for the brake? City 5 plus the line coming out of the brake handel does not look electricial?

I just got my City 5 plus 5 days ago and on day 2 it died of #21. Been trying to get hold of Rad and just now found this site and I guess it explains why. So I may have a rolling brick? There is a factory auth bike shop maybe 60 miles from me and I guess I will give them a call. Whish I had found this site a couple of weeks ago before I bought it.

Brand new City 5 plus took a 100 yard test ride on flat street then went to show wife and error 21?!!? E-Mailed Rad but no response so far. Did all the unplugging and re plugging to no avail. Have I got a 2000.00 brick?
