Are you saying you want to steer the bike holding the grip on the handlebar?  I often just hold onto the one side of the front fork to steer when it's at this altitude. Maybe worth a try...

I think I see that the charger for my Rad City 4 only draws 2 amps in which case two of them could share an extension cord I use for my table saw (ie a heavy gauge wire). Is there any other electrical consideration I need to be aware of?

Anyone know the max rated psi on the Rad City 4?  I can't see it on the tire.
