Looks nice.   First pic I seen before assembly.  Let us know how it does in the snow if you try it. 

Talked to Rad the other day and they think March or April at the soonest now for my order.       At least the wait is not the main summer riding season.

Saw this article.   Has a Radwagon in the picture and talks about using it in winter months.   I thought it was good.

Looks like you could almost fit another set of those forward of the set you have now if you wanted to?   I was kicking around that idea to get more storage when shopping (4 smaller bags like what you have here vs 2 larger bags like what Rad offers for the Radwagon.)   I think you have a Radwagon 3?   I wonder if the width of the rack is the same on the Radwagon 4?   I do like those bags that straddle over the rack but was concerned that the rack might be wider than the bags are set up for.   Thx

I am hoping that other companies start using the 22" size more too.  If they do then there is a better chance of other types of tires available.   Kind of wondering though if it is really going to be that big of a deal for casual riding.   I see road bikes on gravel roads and rails to trails paths as well.   Some of those trails are dirt, gravel or crushed limestone.   In mud or wet conditions it will be worse with smoother tire on the Radwagon 4 but it is rare that I am riding in a lot of wet/muddy conditions.  I think the 3" width might help too.   I guess we will see.   I was hoping that others have tried this with the Radwagon 4 but then again maybe there is not that many out there yet.  Thx

I touched base with Tannus to see if they plan on offering a new tire insert size for the Radwagon 4.   I was pleased to hear that they are working with Rad on this right now.   I was also pleased to hear that they have a size that will work today.   It requires a different size tube but you can find that size on Amazon.   The reply to my email is below.   Here is a link to that product he is talking about.  Sounds like Rad might offer this direct in a few months

BTW I did inquire that he was indeed talking about the new 22" x 3" tires and not the previous 24" size.   He did confirm that he is talking about the new 22" tires

We are actually working with Rad Power Bikes on this size right now.  We have a 24x1.95-2.5 that fits perfectly in this size. You will need to buy a new tube 22x1.75-2.3 should work fine for your needs (we don't sell this size on our site but you can get it on Amazon). Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Yep, I saw that too.   I think he said that he heard that so he tried it and it worked on the few he tried so far.   At the price of the battery I think I will bring mine in with me when I park it.   

Just wondering what others are using for pannier bags/storage baskets etc on the Radwagon.   

Just wondering if anyone has used the Radwagon off road.   The Radwagon 4 has bigger tires but more of an on road tire.   Most of my riding is going to be paved streets.   Some roads are dirt/gravel.  I also am going to do some trails.  Is going to a street (non knobby) tire going to make that big of a difference?  Coming from a 29er mountain bike but I don't do mountain bike trail much at all.   I use it more of a commuter. 

Ordered the black Radwagon 4 which states February on the website.  Must be a different shipment from the other colors? 

First ebike for me.  Taking a chance on this as I have not test drove one yet.   Fingers crossed.

Hi Ryan.  That lock seems like a great deal.  First thing I think of is how good can it be for that price.    How do think this lock stack up against the other locks?    I do see that any lock can be cut so maybe what you have is enough?   Thx
