Hello I was wondering if anybody can please help me with a clicking noise issue that I am having while pedaling on my 2018 RadCity.  In particular, it seems to be making the click noise from the left pedal when at the highest point either with or without assist mode.

Thank you

Ryan

If it isn't coming from the pedal itself it's probably a bottom bracket issue. Let us know what you end up figuring out.

I have a similar issue with my 2020 step-through City. Not a clicking, more of a clanking, like the crank takes up slack and hits with a solid clank. Is this normal?

Definitely not normal.

Various threads I have read seem to link a clicking to loose spokes.  Bottom bracket issues tend to be more than a click in my experience with non-E-bikes.  They tend to have a grind and get worse quick, especially in wet muddy environments.
