Are you talking stem cap?  They are all pretty standard now days and a simple hex key swaps them out.

One other thing to check is if there is a loose piece of polyester in the tire itself.  I had a road bike get random punctures for about 3 months I finally took the tire off and lightly rubbed a cotton ball over the inside of the tire and found a very very slight loose fiber (Kevlar in this case) that caused punctures after about 6 miles on hot roads.  Put a Slime Glue patch on it and the tired lasted the rest of its life.

Whenever I get a flat with a tube set up (most of my bikes are tubeless) I always do this test.

I need to go the other way w/ my RadRunner, the single speed set up is a bit aggressive for the hills in my hood.

I just looked at my RadRunner and sure enough no lawyer tabs, the forks dont even allow for it.

Radrunners would be more likely than other Rad products to have front wheel component damage. They lack the suspension fork that would reduce the impact forces of bumps and potholes.

I rode a full rigid Single Speed MTB for 6+ years over the roughest terrain using a simple QR.  I dont remember on my RadRunner if it has "lawyer tabs" or not but most QR setups do.  These little accessories are designed as a last grasp safety feature for QR.  Both my current MTB and my Gravel Bike have thru axles so this in theory isnt an issue.

Just joined Forum-
I ride bikes- MTB, Road and Gravel so I got the ebike for tooling around the neighborhood, occasional run to the Grocery Store or the pub.

Owned an original RadWagon but recently sold it.  Just never liked it all that much.  Cant specifically say why, likely longer than I wanted for storing, PIA to get in and out of the Garage.  In the end had it 2 years put less than 150 miles on it total.  Sold it last month to a neighbor
Just built and started riding a RadRunner1 and already enjoy it more.  Was planning on using the Panier I had but while it fits on the rear rack it interferes with peddaling so I need to figure that out.
