I was wondering if theres a way we can track the backlog and see which are the latest orders that are getting shipped. Just trying to gauge the backlog.
I placed my order on 13th for Radmini but have no idea when i will get it. Can someone who just got a radmini delivery tell their order dates if they dont mind ?

I placed my order on July 7th and received my Rad Rover on August 24th..little less than 7 weeks..
Ordered Rad Rover 7/2, said delivery in September, delivered August 25th.
I ordered a Mini and Mini ST on Aug. 10th hope to see them soon.
I got a notice today that my Mini ST has shipped, estimated delivery Sept 4th we are on the east coast. The Mini is being prepared for shipping so should ship soon.

I ordered the mini on 13th. They emailed me likely mid sept. So the wait is on. Looks like the ST has a shorter wait time.

I ordered two RadRovers (5 and ST1) on August 3. The site said expected delivery in September... Counting down the days. I'm in Southern California.
I ordered my RadMini 4 on July 31st, and it was delivered on Aug 21st.
Ordered (1) RadRunner on 7/15, received email and text on 8/21 that it shipped and took receipt on 8/27 (Iowa). So happy with the purchase!
Ordered wifes radrover st on 07/30. Will post when I get shipping notification.
My Rad Mini ST2 left the Fedex facility in TACOMA, WA today at 5:44am. Unless they are going to fly it to the east coast I don't expect it to be hear by the promised date of 9/4.
Wife ordered her Radcity ST3 on Aug.6 and the Bike was delivered on Aug 28th. She retires Oct 2 and we will be doing lots of traveling and riding.
I ordered two Rad Minis (1 Mini4 and one ST2) on 6/28. Commitment was "September Delivery". I received the black Mini4 on 8/5 and the White ST2 on 8/27 so they essentially over achieved. I would also say I have been immensely happy. I have 200 miles on the Mini4 in the first month.
As I thought the FedEx delivery date of 9/4 didn't happen now they say delivery pending. uggh
That's a bummer! If only FedEx knew the heart burn on those delays. But hey looks like it's almost there :)
Some step throughs in August were delivered as early as 10 days ! Looks like some models are come "through" literally
Now scheduled for Wednesday 9/9. The other bike Mini 4 still hasn't shipped yet.
Update: Mini ST 2 arrived this morning 9/9. Mini 4 will ship mid to late September per RAD's response to my email asking when it will be shipped.
Ordered a Radrover 5 and ST July 31; still waiting. I inquired a while back, they told me late Sept for the 5 and probably early Oct for the ST. Hope they can get here earlier.
Ordered my RadRover 5 on Sept 7th. Was told "October." Waiting for any signs of life, but it looks like probably 6-8 weeks at the moment.

Just received and email today saying my Radrover 5 is scheduled to deliver mid September but crap the Radrover ST has been pushed out to mid October. This is BS, I cancelled a trip in mid to late September and rescheduled it in mid to late October because of these stupid bikes.

Received an email today, all excited, thinking it was shipping info... But it was a message that I could expect it in "late September" and that they would let me know if anything changed.

Got the same email with a FedEx tracking number and a delivery date of 15 Sep. FedEx, however, says a label was created and shipment info was sent but there is no sign or indication of movement from Sumner, WA.
So, FedEx says 15 Sep so I will just calmly wait it out ..... not that I have much choice.

This is the same for me, just sent an email to customer service to see what's up.
No mine didn't come today either. Fedex now says tommorow sometime. But to be fair we were under a Hurricane warning.
FedEx now says, pending. There is still no tracking history as there usually is, just the same " shipping information sent to FedEx" and fortunately we don't get hurricanes here in El Paso. Hope you are doing well.

Nope! Didn't get it today but I honestly wasn't putting a lot of trust on this since I didn't notice any update for 3 days since the tracking number was issued. I got an update late on 9/14 saying that the bike was actually picked up by FedEx and that it will now be here by EOB on 9/17. That seems more accurate based on average shipping times to SoCal from the PacNW.
Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to get back to stalking FedEx trucks driving around my neighborhood...
Ordered a Rover 7/29. Received the shipping email on 9/10. No updates on the FedEx tracking since then. Rad says FedEx has my bike, FedEx says Rad still hasn't dropped it off. Then Rad blamed it on the fires in the PNW. I'm only on the other side of the mountains in WA State, and have had three packages that shipped after my Rover that actually had to travel through the wildfires in Oregon that were already delivered by FedEx. Very frustrating. I could've driven to the other side and picked it up myself by now, but I can't do that because FedEx and Rad are just pointing fingers at each other.

I have the same exact situation as you. Ordered Rover on 7/29, was notified by Rad that it was shipped on 10 Sep. FedEx tracking showed no movement only that a label was created. Called Rad on 14 Sep, they said not to worry, bike was on its way and would be delivered on 15 Sep. It, of course, never arrived. Called again, Rad said I would have to wait until 16 Sep once the delivery date had passed. I waited and called again and was moved to a "Second Tier" representative who informed me that the bike was still at its warehouse and had never left due to, as you say, the fires and problems associated with them.
Today, FedEx still shows only label created, no movement. This is really disappointing and frustrating as I have my fat bike rack mounted and ready to go on a trip but we can't go until the bike arrives.
This is no way to run a railroad.... Rad has made no effort,in my view, to either explain or remedy this situation. Kind of puts a damper on getting my first e-bike......

Jim,
Log into FedEx with the tracking number of the shipment. On the top of the tracking form if it says, " Label created, shipment information sent to FedEx" then the bike has not been shipped. You actually can see, generally on a daily basis, how the shipment is moving towards you. If it's not moving, FedEx doesn't have the bike.

Ya that's normal. Most items I order online will say Label Created then after a day or so it finally starts moving. From what I have read here there have been some delays so I am expecting it could take some time to start moving my way.

Ordered RadRover and an ST on August 9th, just got email today, 9/17, that the Rover has a fedex number. It's getting close, cant wait!
Just got a email from Fedex that my bike was picked up and it will be here Monday. The app I use on my phone to track packages says Monday. The Fedex website says Wednesday. I doubt it will be here Monday.

My bike started moving within the FedEx system about a week after the shipping label was created, now on track for delivery this Monday. Hope everyone's bikes start moving soon.

Ordered a radrover 5 august 18 they told me late sept Shipped out sep 23rd left warehouse
I received a message that my two caboose orders for my Radwagon 4 has shipped. I have not received any notifications concerning my two Rad Wagon 4 orders yet.
My Rover 5 was delivered today, exactly 54 days after it was ordered. All parts are there, box is not too bad, that is no major holes or damage. Am waiting till after lunch to put it together and I hope to have a ride before dinner.
I will be having a sale on used zip ties so stay tuned.......

Mine got updated again from tomorrow to Thursday. It decided it wanted to spend three days in Arkansas for some reason. Feel like I am being held hostage.

Ordered the RadRover on August 17th, received notice yesterday that it is to arrive tomorrow (9/24)... As others have noted, FedEx is not showing any movement; I hope to have it for the weekend.
Ordered 2 RR Step Thrus Aug 3 for Sept delevery. Now Rad pushed it up to Oct. They don't send you updates. you have to call. They promised me updates every 2 weeks. that was 3weeks ago.
They had no problem taking my money though>

Ordered RadRover 5 and a RadRover ST on 9 August, RadRover 5 just arrived at the house. Received email stating the ST is scheduled to ship middle of October.
Ordered Radrover 5 on August 23, 2020, and received shipping notification today 9/25, after receiving one email on 9/23 saying "good news" your order will ship earlier than expected, then receiving email on 9/24, please disregard previous email it was sent in error. So let's hope this 50th birthday present to myself is definitely on its way.
I had the pleasure of going to the store in Seattle and picking up my wife's Rad ST. Not sure how much longer we would have had to wait to have it shipped but it was nice to pick it up fully assembled.
Ordered a Rover 5 and a Step Thru 8/15. Notified that the 5 was shipped 9/22. FedEx showed delivery pending by end of day 9/23. Next day it was by end of day 9/24. As of today it's just Pending and is apparently stuck in the distribution center in Troutdale Oregon. Blame the wildfires. Rad says if I don't have it be Tuesday to get back to them. 😕
Mine sat at Rad for 6 days before it was picked up by FedEx. After a couple of days getting across the US, it then went past my town to a distribution center southeast of me. It then went past my town to a distribution center that is northwest of me. It sat in the trailer there for 3 days before it was finally delivered.
I have heard that FedEx is overwhelmed and understaffed but they seem to be making it more difficult on themselves.
Ordered RRST 26 July. Label created 19 September. Delivered to near Reno, Nevada 25 September 2020. Front fork shipping mount plastic support was broken in half, but no damage to fork.

Assembled one of the bikes and tested it out. I'm impressed.
Bike was delivered today. Ordered 8/23, delivered 10/4. Front fork protector plate was snapped off, but no damage to fork. Front brake cable was not seated in brake lever properly. Easily fixed after loosening cable. Love the bike. Much bigger than I anticipated, but luckily I'm a bigger guy, 6', 260.
It would appear from reading these posts that Rad is shortening its delivery schedule and getting their bikes out a couple of weeks earlier than what was happening in July/Aug. That is great and I hope for new Rad owners that will continue. Now, if we could just get some of the options/accessories back in stock that would also be great.
I can just imagine the trials the Rad folks are going through, what with the pandemic, fires, suppliers issues, customers, etc., it must be a challenge just to get through a workday. My hat is off to them......

Timeline for my Radrover. I purchased on backorder with estimated October shipping dates.
Ordered: 083020
Label Created for Fedex 092620.
Order picked up by Fedex 100220 with scheduled delivery 100520.
!Shipment exception due to damaged label(delay was all of 5 minutes according to the tracker). Scheduled delivery changed to 100620.
I guess we will see if the 100620 date holds up and the condition of the package. The last week or so has been a combination of excitement and frustration. I'm not sure why the bike sat for a week before being picked up/sent to Fedex. At the same time I wasn't expecting before now anyway since the site said October when I ordered. Fortunately my wife is working from home and can sign for the delivery if I'm unavailable.
We ordered my wife a Lectric XP Step-Thru the same day and her bike is arriving today 100520. I'm looking forward enjoying the electric bike life once we both get our bikes.
Edit: Fedex stated that they attempted a drop off for my wife's bike while we were out in front of our house....and rescheduled it for tomorrow. We have a ring camera and were literally in front of our house when they supposedly attempted the drop off. Fedex seems to be more and more of the broken link in the chain...we shall see what happens tomorrow when they are supposed to attempt delivery again with my wife's bike and drop mine off.
Update: I received my bike yesterday 100620! Box and bike were in great condition and setup was a breeze with the video tutorial! Took my first ride this morning and it's everything I could have hoped for!
Ordered my Rover 5 on Sept 7. Checked with customer support, they said early Oct. Got an email two weeks after order saying mid-October. Just got second email today now saying late-October.
Assuming last week of October would be 7 or 8 weeks delay. Really bummed!

we ordered our rover step thu (x2) in August for shipment in September per the website... yesterday (oct 7) I contacted customer service and now they are saying November :( I was planning on using this bike as my transport to work but it looks like I will have to take another month of public transportation (double the time as a bike). RadRunner has been a radbummer...

Ordered my RR ST1 July 31st, just got the FedEx tracking number. I see in a previous post someone ordered July 26th and received theirs a couple weeks ago. What sucks is I planned a vacation out of town for 4 days and the bike is supposed to be delivered during that time.
Hey Rad people! I ordered two Radrunner Plus bikes on August 14, 2020. I received a few emails from Rad stating the bikes were still on schedule for a mid October ship. So I'm in the waiting game. I am not very encouraged reading this blog but I'm hoping for the best! Stay tuned. Peace.

Shipping notice arrived via email yesterday. Perhaps things are getting better regarding supply chains and more things being back in stock. The order was placed on Sept 18th and shipped in about a month. At least I'll get some riding in through November. Thanks for your reply. I wish we could get some insights as to the difficulties they are having producing their products. I know that 2020 has been a real Sh*#storm for west coast businesses (Covid, wildfires etc). I would think they are walking a tightrope of filling orders in a timely manner and getting way behind. At least they could communicate to their customers when things aren't going well. I'm keeping my fingers crossed as I live in Texas and we can ride all year.....
Update: Here's an excerpt from Rad's response to an email I sent them.

So my fingers are still crossed and I'm hopeful.
@android That's awesome, I love Texas. I grew up in Plano in the 90s. I live in the Utah mountains now though. I would've liked getting the Plus in early October, but since it's delayed I'd rather just get the RR1 and upgrade everything myself over the winter, should be a fun project.
I ordered 2 Rad Rovers in mid Aiugust. I received them last week. I had put in to be notified when the racks were available and it worked out great. I had all but 1 basket here before my bikes . With Covid and the difficult world we are in at this moment, i have been very happy.
Their shipping estimates are misleading!
I ordered a white RR ST on Aug 13 with Sept delivery. Got notification in Sept that it got delayed to Oct. Got another notification on Oct. 6 that it got delayed to November. I called them and they told me the "white" ones are getting delayed and black ones are shipping in a week or two. So I cancelled my order for the white one and changed to a black one - hoping for an Oct delivery so that I may enjoy some time before winter. Guess what? Got an email today (Oct.19) that the black one is now shipping in November. Sent a pissed off email and I was told "sorry" can't help it and was told that they cannot expedite it because they have to "respect" others in line before me. So basically, I lost my place in the line because I switched the color and now it seems I will enjoy my bike in winter because I doubt it will ship any time before December.

I ordered an "in stock" bike, a rad mini st1 on October 19 at 5:47 PM. I got an email today that the bike will be delivered on October 26 before 8:PM. That is quick.
On September 15 I ordered a rover and a wagon. I called and they estimate I will get the rover in the first 2 weeks of November and the wagon in the last 2 weeks of November. Not so quick.
Just giving you some infor and time frames.
Ordered Radrover 5 Oct. 7, transferred to Fedex Oct 23 with tracking number, estimated delivery Oct 28. Shipping route from Washington to Georgia. Hoping for a 3 week process. Was told a November delivery when ordered.
Mudder that is great for you. I ordered the Rover step tru in early September and was recently told that I won't receive it until mid november. Let us know if you get as promised.
RadRunner 1 - Ordered 10/15, Label Created 10/16, Delivered 10/22 to Utah
City 3 Step Thru (our second one!) was ordered/paid Sunday 18 October and arrived Sunday 25 October!
Less than a week, as the order was late evening and the delivery early morning.
This was a black City 3 which seems to make a difference. My wife's white version was ordered late July and arrived first week of September.

The Rover step Thru is supposed to ship in the second week of November. No time frame for the Radwagon.

I've been waiting since August for our Rover Step Thrus... we have lost faith that they will actually ship in November as they were supposed to be shipped in September :/
Ordered Radrover 5 Oct. 7, picked up by Fedex Oct 22, out for delivery on Oct. 29.
3 weeks for build, 1 week for transit to Tn/Ga line.
Rover ST ordered 8/15 #268651. Left the factory yesterday, arrived in Central Oregon today 10/30.
My Rover ST's came!!! Ordered August, Shipped yesterday, received today (Portland, Oregon). The wait is over! The assembly time will probably take twice as long because of 3 months of accessories that I have been collecting!
My wife loves her Mini ST1 so the Rover ST, I originally ordered in September 10, is not needed so I thought I would exchange it for the rover 5 limited with next day shipping. well I pulled the trigger but I had to pay a $200 difference in price. The rover shipped today and I got an email that I would get it on 11/11.
The radwagon I ordered in September will not be available until January with either a 2 yr warranty or a $100 reduction in price or a refund. I'm not sure what I'll take right now but we will see. let me know what you think. TTNF

Nope. The person I spoke with didn't offer any info. When she said late November I told her it would be snowing then and I wanted to cancel. She just said ok and processed it immediately.
Thanks for your reply. I wish we could get some insights as to the difficulties they are having producing their products. I know that 2020 has been a real Sh*#storm for west coast businesses (Covid, wildfires etc). I would think they are walking a tightrope of filling orders in a timely manner and getting way behind. At least they could communicate to their customers when things aren't going well. I'm keeping my fingers crossed as I live in Texas and we can ride all year.....
Update: Here's an excerpt from Rad's response to an email I sent them.
" Thank you so much for reaching out to us with your inquiry!
Currently your RadRunner Plus bikes are estimated to ship out in Early November.
I apologize for the shipping delay.
You will definitely receive Fedex tracking numbers once they have been shipped out!"
So my fingers are still crossed and I'm hopeful.
UPDATE: Received a ghoulish Halloween email from Rad! I have tracking numbers from FedEx! The Bikes have left the building!! I'm stoked and am hoping to see them I'm in about a week.
Ordered Rad Rover in black 10/17.
Saw video suggesting Rad Rover in green would ship early Nov.
10/27 email to customer service.
Quick response saying, yes, green could ship very soon, but black later in November. Offered to cancel black RR and I could order green.
10/28 decided to do just that.
10/28 - same day - email saying green RR had left the factory.
FedEx has it in Kentucky for delivery to me in TN on 11/3.
Off to a gerat start I think.

Hey Rad Owners:
I ordered August 14. Delivered yesterday!! (Nov 6). So it was just under three months. The bikes left the factory on Nov. 2. I assembled both bikes (Radrunner Plus) and gave them a quick spin here in the hills west of Austin. Worth the wait! I am amazed at the power these bikes deliver to climb hills. Basically you just spin the crank and the motor provides the torque. Stunning quality at this price point.
I am so excited to hit the trails!
Just got msg that my RadMission has been shipped.

Got the Rad Rover 5 to day. I got emails that I would get it on 10/5 then 10/6 then then 10/9. Then it was coming on Friday 10/13. FEDEX sucks. It took my out of shape butt 2 hour to put that bad boy together. I then took it out for a test run .. for an hour. Awesome bike. I'm gonna have fun with this thing.
