Don't know if the handlebar stems are the same diameters for all models, but looking for recommendations or links to raise my riding posture on 2020 RadRover 5.  Need a bit more height than adjusting Handlebar angles provides.   Thanks

Ryan

I've seen this one referenced several times on the FB group. I'm not certain but it is worth a shot (plus free returns if it doesn't) https://amzn.to/37TnTE9

Let us know what you get.

Ordered the Triwonder before I saw your post, and I saw  am Amazon comment on poor fitment.  Ordered the Outerdo as you mentioned.  Did an Amazon return of the Triwonder and they state I do not have to return it.  Seems like a lot of better comfort for a small price.  Thanks.

Mudder,

I ordered this one for my Rover 5 from Amazon and it is great.  It does raise the handle bar about a half inch but more importantly for me it allows the handle bars to be tilted exactly where i want them.  Was shipped super fast, like in three days and you can choose either a 90mm or 110mm.  You can also play with the risers already on the Rover if you need too.

So the Outerdo stem extender felt loose upon proper RadRover 5 stem torque.  However the Triwonder brand snugged up nicely.  Pleased with the more upright posture.  And be sure to re-adjust the headset preload while extender and handlebar stem bolts are loose.

I know this post is real old, BUT, I got to ask, I need the bars on my 2021 Radrover 5  back and up a bit so I don't have to extend the arms so much, Will this do the trick,
Thanks, Paul

I didn't look for a stem exactly for the 2021 Radrover 5, but I usually follow one rule: when choosing a bike stem, it's important to measure your frame's length and compare it to the specifications provided by the manufacturer. I was lucky to find this source https://www.bikertricks.com/bike-stems/ that helped me to figure everything out. A longer stem shifts your body weight towards the front of the bike and puts you in a better pedaling position, especially on those steep climbs. A shorter stem will result in snappier steering, and a longer stem will produce slower steering.

A good general guideline is to choose a stem that?s about 1 inch longer than your frame?s length.
You?ll have to clarify that. I can?t figure out how you can get a stem that is longer than the bike.
