In my local area the cops are warning people that the thieves have sets of keys for them, and will either take your battery, or snap your lock and drive away, at speed on your bike if you leave the battery with it

Where are you located?

Ok so I bought a HD-74 key blank and it works on all three of my Rad bike batteries.  I am glad to be able to use one key.  I am not worried about a random thief knowing this and getting my battery.

If it was so poorly assembled you should have sent it back.  I have 3 rads and have had no issues when I recieved them.  Perhaps you should not have taken it apart in the first place....

I have 3 rads with 3 different keys.  If they are on, any key will lock them but not unlock.  I am going to go to the hardware store and get a Honda motorcycle key blank and see if it works to unlock any of them.  I really doubt it, but I will report back.  Honestly I would be happy to have one key to unlock all 3 bikes.

I had this happen a few times and then resolve itself.  Then last week it just shut down and I had to peddle that beast home.  I called support and quickly figured out it was the barrel bolt connection coming from the controller was loose.

Wow that Youtube video is an hour long!

I just bought my spouse a radrover 5 and I rode it a block yesterday and its skipping between some gears.  I need to adjust the derailleur.  I have a bike stand for my road bike but it is to light duty for this beast.  I saw on another video where a guy made a wood bracket to support the handlebars to flip the bike upside down to work on it.  I am going to try and find that video again, I cannot remember what he called the bracket he made.

I have 110 mile on my rover and this has happened to me about 3 times, once at 60 miles and twice on my last ride.

Shipping the 2 bikes there & back is going to cost $650, so I need an airline that can take them.

Seems like a lot to ship two 75# boxes...  But I have not looked into it

I would look into renting some bikes at that price......

Small basket is available, rad rover is also in stock for shipping today, the black one.  Not the step thru which has bee available.  Buying a second one for spouse, so now we will have two rad rovers and a mini step through.

I was thinking getting the folding ramps so they do not hang out of the truck, and I plan to walk up one while walking up the bike...

I knew a Robert Kuntz......   USS Lang in the 80's by chance?

I carry some big bandaids and a few things in my seat bag on my road bike, that kit you linked to is huge for a cyclist to carry.  I have not set up anything yet on my Rover with just 60 miles so far.  I would think smaller, fit in a top tube bag or under seat.

I have 150, I have some ramps I figured that would be the easy way to go I have a rover and mini step through.  I have ramp ends that attach to planks, I figure I will walk up one while throttling the bike up the other.
