I use a smart plug into a power strip with the chargers plugged into that.  Then use the countdown feature on the app.

General Chat / Re: Fork Mount for Transporting Radrover

I can get to rovers and two minis (not folded) in my F150 crew cab, 6 foot bed I think, not 8

No mounts, just stuff them in, and yes the front wheels of the rovers are turned 90 degrees, and one faces out and one in.

I use a smart plug plugged into a power strip to charge my fleet.  They have a countdown function.

I think I still might have mine.  That's the side with the bell right?  I'll need to check.  It's for a RR Step-Thru...not sure if they're all the same on all models?

Did you get a chance to look and see if you have the lever?

Thanks

So I bought a Lectric XP and it does not measure up to the Rad Mini .  There is nothing wrong with it, I just decided to get another Rad which I ordered today.  It came standard with a rack, and I have the Paniers that I have not even installed yet.

No waiting, you can be riding this weekend.

Pick up in Idyllwild Ca

Looks like you will get about 30 km on a full charge at max speed.   I live where it is hilly, some people live where it is flat.  I do not think there is a one size fits all answer.

You just need more miles on the saddle, it will accomplish 2 things.  Your ass will toughen up and you will lose weight.

I just wanted to say thanks for keeping us updated, especially the "if I were to do it over" stuff.

I have been watching this thread and it struck a chord with me.  I have a Tesla and it is only supposed to be charged to 80% unless I am going on a trip and need more range.  So today I received my Lectric xp, I already have 3 Rads and finally got my oldest daughter interested in riding so I figured lets check out the Lectric.

It says basically what has been said on this thread, charge to 75% and top off either the night before or morning of rides.  Keep it close to 75% for storage.

I am not sure why Rad has us topping off after every ride, but between my Tesla and now the Lectric XP saying not to keep fully charged I am going to stop charging them up after each ride.

I'd ideally like to be able to load the bike in my hatch back rather than get a rear mounted rack.

The Rover is a big bike, you may want a motorcycle rack....

Yes the side with the bell.  They only list one one replacement on the rad site so I am pretty sure they are all the same.

Just wondering if anybody has upgraded their brake system and has a left lever?  My daughter had a low speed accident and the lever broke:(  Rad is out of stock both sides....  I hope it's not too long a wait.  If I cannot get one I will have to figure out a work around with some other lever, my concern is the connector will not mate up with any of the ones I find online.
