What is the other end connected to? Does this end have any kind of protective cap over it?

And what electronic gear do you already have installed?

[Later...] Do you have a half-grip twist throttle? I thought that the EU ebikes didn't typically have them, so if you do not, maybe it's for that control in case you move to some place with different regulations that do allow it.

I bought the bike like this no twist throttle (sadly), i hope to get some helpwith starting to paddle. I have added two more pictures. The cap removed and you see a 7-pin connector) and the capped connector nearby the paddles.(//)

I found this image on "Throttle disconnect kit instructions", and it shows only 3 pins on the connector for the throttle at the handlebar end, so it's not for that.
The "kit" appears to be a simple dummy plug to cap it.

Does anything on this "RadCity Wiring Harness Replacement Guide" look familiar?

(The animations may take a while to load.)

Oh. I see that the harness runs through the down tube, just to make cable tracing more difficult.  >:(
