I have error code 32 on my rad Rover 6 plus bike powers of after about 10 sec

Error code 32 pops on the LCD screen after powering it on,bike powers of after 10 sec.
I have checked all of the cables which seems to be fine.popped the cover off from LCD screen , buttons are not stuck.I have changed controller and LCD screen on the bike but problem still coming back.
