Error Code 30

Keep getting error code 30 on startup.    Lights and display come on but battery indicator indicates no charge on display and throttle doesn?t respond.   Checked all connections nothing noticed.   Battery indicator on battery shows full charge.  If I remove the battery several times and turn it off and on several times it magically starts to work and I can ride forever until I stop and shut it off then back to error code 30 on startup.  Any help or suggestions would be helpful as I do not live anywhere near a rad dealer/repair shop.
