As some of you may have read I have been having a very bad experience with RAD since last June 3  when I got my new City 5+ which worked for about 10 minutes and has been in the shop since.  I would like to send the current CEO a e-mail documenting my ongoing experiences without rancor just the facts. Anyone know their name or better yet the e-mail address?

Mike Radenbaugh, Founder, CEO

You might reach him on Linkedin.

or
1128 NW 52nd St
Seattle, Washington, 98107

LOOKS like some people are getting response on the BBB.  Might be an option for you as well.
Best of luck getting your issue resolved.

Hmm... A 20-hour drive from the Seattle area, but 1hour from the Mexican border.

if i could live anywhere I wanted, i'd choose that over Seattle, for sure.
