At just over 400 Kilometers the Controller on my RadCity 3 failed. I tried contacting Rad Power Canada Support via email and Live Chat on numerous occasions with no response. After considerable research I found a compatible third party Controller sold online by Affordable Ebikes. Their service was incredible! Received the replacement Controller, LCD Panel and detailed documentation and now my RadCity3 is performing better than it ever did. 

I was very pleased with my RadPower ebike but based on my experience with their non existent Customer Service I would caution anyone who is considering purchasing a Rad Power ebike to look at other options
