There are written instructions on the link you posted, in the product description near the bottom, and here is a link from Rad for the City (they say it applies to other models): https://support.radpowerbikes.com/hc/en-us/articles/4407172072347-RadRover-6-Plus-controller-replacement-guide 

Might be videos on YouTube by now as well if you search on "Rover 6+ controller upgrade" or something similar.

Other than that, it's should be just a matter of mounting the display and connecting the cables.
