No UI power after attempting to install a usb

I have a problem with my UI display and controller after attempting to install a usb charger.
When I put the fully charged battery back in after installing the usb I found the controller already on and unresponsive to attempts to turn it off. The battery level indicator shows one flashing bar. The UI display has no power. Nothing is working.

I removed the usb from the bike and same condition still exists.

A week after contacting Rad Power I?ve only been told I’m in the queue.

Can anyone help?
