I have a 2016 Rad Rover that is going to need a battery upgrade. Has anyone figured out if you can mount a semi-integrated battery on an older Rover? I'm just getting a fuse-blown Rover 6 battery that I will fix and would like to use that as the replacement. Is there a tray mount available? Will it plug into an original controller and function?  Thanks.

You can have your old battery rebuilt.  Several re-builders listed on line.
My plan when the battery needs replacing is just to buy new WIRED bike. 
Batteries aren't cheap.
