Hello everyone.
I lose my bike few months ago, and today I found a same model was locking a few blocks away from my home. So I got close to observe it. I found some exact same damages that I did to my bike, like a same pattern of crack on the seat (or a normal issue?) and others. And I realized that it has a different battery, but  I couldn't find the same one on the RPB store website. My bike's battery was locked when it got stolen. Is that possible to change the battery without unlock or break it ? besides that , do I suppose to have other evidences to prove/identify that the bike is mine or not? Will it has a unique ID for every bike that brand by the factory?lol ToT. Thanks  :-*

Altema

The bike will have a serial number on the headtube, and if it's your bike, it will match the serial number on your receipt from Rad.
The batteries can sometimes be unlocked with a blank key.

As Altema said, there's a serial number stamped on the frame on the headtube (just above the front fork) - that will positively ID the bike as yours or not.

What model bike did you have?  If it uses the previous "sit on top" battery like the RadMini or RadRunner (not partially-internal like the new Rover 6), you should be able to unlock/remove the battery with a blank key you can buy from a key shop or eBay:  https://www.ebay.com/itm/124705979958  these are standard Honda motorcycle keys and unfortunately will unlock these batteries, making them very easy to steal if you don't protect them with another method.  In your case, it's a good thing.

By the way, you should at least go to these sites to register this or any other bike; better than nothing, and it's free or very low-cost:
