Hello, I have just bought Radrunner plus but while I am pedaling the chain is slipping. Is it related to pedal assist or ..? thanks

Does it happen only at top dead center? On my first few days with my Radrunner, I thought my chain sometimes jumped a link. I found that the freewheel engages at increments approximately as long as a chain link. At top dead center, the crank might fall slightly behind the wheel speed. When the freewheel re-engaged, there could be a bit of slack, as if the chain had slipped.
