Tuning the motor/speed number?

So I have "tuned" the motor by adjusting the max KM per hour and when in that menu I noticed there is a setting for speed, 1, 2 or 3 . it comes set at 1
I did not mess with it and I am getting PAS speeds up to 25MPH now.   Does anybody know what the 1 2 3 settings are?

Me thinks it's for the brightness of your display.....

Yes, those are for brightness, with 1 being lowest and 3 the highest brightness of the LCD.
