Any other RR5's in SF?
I'm gonna do some upgrades to help with hills..
Love bike....but it needs a little power boost....
Or I could lose 100 lbs..
Hmm??

I'd try the Bolton controller. If that doesn't do the trick, look at getting a true 750 watt motor.

I have a Radrunner in the East bay. I have covered up 1 pin from the motor to go a bit faster.  If I were to want more speed I'd do a core swap on the motor to the true 750 Bafang as well as a controller upgrade.

Can you give more details about covering up 1 pin? Might help some other folks.

Cover up the pin with a small piece of electrical tape as shown in this video. https://youtu.be/1BDSllZzRYA
