Stem riser for RadRover 6 + which someone has tried?

Would someone please recommend a stem riser for the RR6+ ?
Some risers seem to have a minimum rise of 2.5? and I?m not certain that the cables will allow that much rise.

If you have found one that works please tell me the exact name because the links to Amazon that use a shortened URL rather than Amazon.com or Amazon.ca (I?m in Canada) lead to pages that can?t be opened.

My wrists will be very grateful.

This is the one that I used. The smallest riser has to be mounted above the stem.

What do you mean by "The smallest riser has to be mounted above the stem. 
"? Do you mean the smallest spacer? I bought this riser and I'm having a difficult time tightening the bolts enough to stop the handlebar from turning.
