The problem is with your new RR6+, right?  If so, ZERO miles out to be a great starting point for the claim.

I just had my battery replaced last week - got the bike mid-May.  They did not ask me anything about cleaning, miles, usage or storage.

Same, I got mines back June and I just told them they battery died and they just asked me for a photo of a serial number on my old battery and sent me a new one. Seems they knew about the issues with some of the batteries otherwise im surprised they didnt ask much of anything other than what happened and "Are you still at the same address."

Just got my new battery today.

We bought two bikes. On mine the battery would not go to the top LED indicator. I had to to do all the requested videos and pictures, but a new battery was authorized in 2-3 days of my original contact.

Unfortunately when I finally got the new battery it was DOA so  I had to go through the same procedure.
And the same results, new battery authorized in 2-3 days.

It's the shipping time that is a drag.

And there is no return, so I still have a battery that is almost fully charged.
Thanks,
Duane
