Metric Bolts sizes

 I ordered a bleed kit on Ebay for the NUTT front wheel hydraulic system on my RR6+. Unfortunately for me, I did not read the complete title as advertised as I only saw the word NUTT and skipped over the words ZERO Scooter which is what this kit is for and not a RR6+. The bleed adapters in this kit, according to the vendor, are M5x.08 mm in size. Rad Tech support says I need metric adapters measuring as M5.8 mm. The vendor says M5x.08 mm and M5.8 mm are the same sizes. I say they are not. Who is right?

I'm going with the vendor, I've also seen it written as M5 0.8 coarse thread there is also a M5 0.5 thread. The M5 is the thread dia. and the 0.8, 0.5 are the thread pitches
