Barrel adjuster on brake lever
« on: July 20, 2022, 06:22:19 PM »
New RR6+. The front brake lever requires more compression (movement) to engage the brake than the rear brake. Will adjusting the barrel nut increase compression (less movement of the lever) and which way should it be turned?

Yes it will.

turn Counter clockwise and take notice that it is moving outward and will come out if turned to far. This is only for slight adjustment (that may be all you need). You will eventfully have to adjust the cable at the pinch bolt if you need more in the future and your brake pads haven't worn out yet.
