I was wondering if anyone has the measurements from Ground to lowest seat height? I ordered 2 RadRover 6 Step thru however the lowest seat height is a bit high for my wife at its lowest seat height and have to send one back. I am considering the Radcity 5 but I was wondering if the ground to seat height is shorter for the RadCity 5 Step thru vs RadRover 6 Step thru?

I can't seem to find the Ground to min seat height measurement anywhere. (only from bottom pedal stroke to min seat height)

Wife is 4'10"
