Rad cit3 3 battery pack MSDS & UN3480

Hi I require a copy of the Materials Safety Data Sheet for the whole battery pack for my new RSD City3 please. In order to send this new battery I need this to get this sent as a stand alone lithium battery, not boxed up with the bike.

I have asked Rad Seattle and they have sent the MSDS for the individual 18650 3.6v cells however this is not accepted by the dangerous goods agent who requires the MSDS for the whole unit. This verifies the pack has been tested safe to travel on its own. Does anyone have this document for battery pack 400-00543, Rad S-130Y   48v q4ah 627wh,  manufactured by DLG

My battery got stuck in UPS HAZMAT Vancouver, out now, using the  single cell MSDS however it's now stuck un Dangerous goods unable to be shipped further without the whole pack Materials Safety Data Sheet for the DLG product.
Does anyone have this document or advice please.
