RadCity ST3 Shuts off right away

Hello,

My Rad City Step-Thru 3 automatically shuts off within seconds of being turned on. The battery is fully charged but the LCD screen displays one blinking block for the charge. Then, bike shuts off.

I tried all of the troubleshooting steps here: https://radpowerbikes.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360046016954-Troubleshoot-a-Bike-that-Won-t-Turn-On-bikes-with-external-battery-#!

I also replaced 40A fuse on the battery. None of this fixed anything.

The LCD display does *not* display any error codes, nor does it behave strangely.

Has anyone experienced something similar to this or have any suggestions? Rad has been ignoring my ticket request for over 3 days.
