Hi, I just got my radmini 4 a week ago and I am having problems folding it.

I can get the pin out fine but the bike frame is WAY too stiff to fold. I can't fold it even with two people.

How can I fix this issue? Thanks.

Call them, quality is very bad of a late.  I had to use multi lubricants.

When you opened the clamp outwards, did you remember you have to then lift the pin mechanism upwards ?

Yes, the hinge is just so stiff it won't fold

Does it open a little bit?  One mm? A crack? Or not at all?
