Has any one used the "Unior Pocket Wheel Truing Tool"?

Has anyone tried the "Unior Pocket Wheel Truing Tool" on the Rad Wagon (or any of the Rad Bikes for that matter)? I'm curious if the tip will reach the rim of the rear wheel?
