Long story short I was trying to install the rear fender and rack when things went awry. Now I can't seem to get the bike back together because the chain is looped around the frame in a weird fashion. That shouldn't happen, right? Any suggestions?  :-[

I'm about 80-90 percent there. Just need to figure out the tensioner. And yes, I'll be taking this into a shop for a checkup once I reach a stopping point (hopefully once it's all reassembled).

Phew! Finally got it back together and took it out for a spin around the block. It SEEMED to run okay, but I still intend to have it checked by a real bike mechanic.
