replace mission electronics with rad runner electronics
« on: September 29, 2021, 02:05:52 PM »
Curious if anyone has considered replacing the rad mission electronics with the rad runner 1 electronics. Seems like there are a fair number of people out there replacing the rad runner electronics with bigger motors and controllers, it might mean there are spare sets of rad runner electronics. I'm not particularly interested in going faster as much as it would be nice if the rad mission had more torque. It would be cool to take off faster from a stop.

I guess it would be the whole system. so hub motor, controller, display and battery.

Are the motor widths different?

Does know why this would or would not work?

All those together would cost you about the same as the entire bike, plus there's the labor to install and the uncertainty of results.  Why not just sell the thing and get a better bike?
Shucks Ma'am, I'm no "Hero Member", I just like to wear this cape.

Yeah, I guess it was a silly thought. I upgraded to the LCD display and now it I'm pretty happy with it.

So can you up the limited speed to 25 mph?
