Assembly
« on: December 03, 2018, 02:57:02 PM »
Just took delivery of my 2018 Radwagon.  It came partially assembled and the youtube video was very helpful and covered the majority of the steps required. My only piece of advice, however, is to have a tap (as in tap and die, NOT as in hot and cold!) at hand.  I found that removing a lot of bolts, such as those for the front mudguards and the front rack, were VERY stiff to loosen. I used a tap to re-thread and basically clear out a lot of these braze-ons/ eyelets/ mounts that had been contaminated during painting or manufacturing.

Thanks for sharing. While I didn't have this exact issue I did have to grease up some of the bolts for the handle when attaching it on my Wagon. I think there were some particles inside which was making it difficult.
