Will the Ibera Bicycle Bag PakRak Clip-On Quick-Release All Weather Bike Panniers fit RadRover 5 rear rack?

I know some panniers come with difference size clips and I couldn't find anything about this particular pannier. So my guess would be no since the Rad racks are thicker than many of the standard size racks.

Use heavy duty zipties to secure some quick link carabiners to the rack, pretty much any pannier will clip on to the caribiners perfectly. Sorry I don't have a photo.
